Squeezy Bottles

You need:

  1. Squeezy bottles- These can be bought or you could use empty washing up liquid bottles
  2. Paint
  3. Water

How to make it:

  1. Fill 2/5 of the bottle with paint and the rest with water.
  2. Screw the top on securely before use.

How it can be used to support learning:

  1. Tracking as they mark make
  2. Cause and effect
  3. Squeezing and releasing an object
  4. Knowing that their actions produce a result
  5. Developing gross motor movements by making large up and down movements and wide circular movements
  6. Hand awareness- where are their hands and how do they need to be moved to create an effect?
  7. Making horizontal, vertical and circular marks
